Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and arranging the shipment themselves.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order once your return has been approved. This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalize and post the refund.
